Primary Level

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.) OR

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.), in accordance with NCTE Regulations, 2002. OR

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) recognized by RCI. OR

  • Graduation (or its equivalent) and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.)

  • Note: A 5% relaxation in qualifying marks is applicable for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/Disabled) candidates.
Upper Primary Level

  • Graduation (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed. / L.T.), in accordance with NCTE regulations. OR

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in B.Ed. (The minimum percentage requirement in Graduation is not applicable for those who took admission before July 29, 2011). OR
